We are a small, family run mail order business, and we aim to be a quick, friendly and reliable source for all your fashion accessories. The best way to contat us is by email.

Payment and Ordering
Payment can be made by Bank Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Bank Cheque. We also accept Paypal, however there is a paypal fee of 2.8% plus 0.30c on your order. Orders can be placed over the internet website, by mail, over the phone.

Postage
We send parcels via Australia Post.  All orders are sent out via registered post. We deliver to your home, work or PO box addresses, as well as to rural and regional areas within Australia. Bottletree Fashions offers free Australia wide shipping for all orders over $150.

Within Australia - the following costs are applicable:

 0 to $39.99 shipping cost is $8.00

 $40 to $69.99 shipping cost is $9.50

 $70 to $149.99 shipping cost is $11.00

 if you order is above $150 the postage is FREE.

For overseas shipping cost please contact us prior to ordering, thank you.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation.  If we are out of stock we will call or email you to advise of the expected delivery time frame.

If you prefer Express Post please let us know in the comments area at the checkout. We are happy to post using express post satchels (charged at Australia Post Rates).
